I love this spa! The staff is professional and friendly, the services are top knotch...and it's CLEAN! I've been several times since I moved here and I love that I always leave feeling so much better than when I came!

I WOULD send my worst enemy here...with a GC. A total joke of a place. They are very rude to their gift certificate customers. The facialist made my face bleed, then said "well, I hope you're happy" kept compairing herself to doctors and saying that people just don't understand the way they schedule appointments, completely class-less. Like I need to hear all of your issues? If something is getting you bad reviews and making customers not want to return, then FIX IT! I won't ever go back here.......

Phenomenal Service. This is one of the top-notch spas in our area. I have had pedicures & massages several times a year and they are nothing short of fantastic. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. A person could "lose" theirself in the relaxing atmosphere where music is playing softly in the background.

Not only have I had pedicures & massages (haven't worked up the nerve for a facial yet ;-) ), but I have utilized their massage services when I have had the worst of a migraine or back pain from pregnancy. They were always very understanding, sympathetic, & accommodating.

IMO, if you can fall asleep during their massages, then that is a compliment to the massuse! That means they are doing their job & getting you to relax!

Take a moment of your time & go see the fabulous ladies & Spa Blue on Trenton Street! You won't regret it!

FYI....they stay VERY busy, so please be patient when scheduling your appointments!

A great experience. I have been a client of Spa Blue for over 8 years and have a facial once a month. I cannot imagine anyone not enjoying a facial from this spa. Products used are top notch--recommended by a famous plastic surgeon. Some of the products require time to "work". Being left alone is part of the treatment. It is relaxing, the music is great, and the therapist checks on you. I usually fall asleep. I look forward to every facial.

My Favorite Thing to Do. I visit the Monroe area several times a month and I always make time to come to SpaBlue. It has a friendly atmosphere and all my treatments have been awesome. The technicians are experienced and the atmosphere is soothing.

poor business practices. If you have a gift certificate, as i did, don't make the mistake of telling them when you call for an appointment. They are rude and reluctant to even make an appointment. Others have told me that they have had the same experience. They already have the money - but treat you like a charity case. I don't want to do business with anyone who treats customers this way.

Textbook Massage. I love massages. I received a gift certificate and made an appointment. The wait for an appointment was about 2 weeks which was fine (considering it was around Valentines Day) I walked in and they had plywood for floors. Interesting. I guess they were renovating. The therapist didn't get any history from me or asked if I had any problem areas that needed to be focused on. The massage felt textbook and she didn't work out any tension that she felt. Basically it felt like she was rubbing lotion on me. I had a 60 minute massage but I was in the room for 55 minutes. The massage was about 40 minutes long. I get 4-6 massages a year and I give massages in my field of work and this was by far the worst massage I'd ever had. P.S. I heard that there facials are phenominal but I haven't been back since.

Clean and friendly atmosphere!. I highly recommend this spa. I have tried various spas and salons in town, but this establishment has the most pleasant atmosphere and highest quality of services around. I was first introduced to nbliss after my friend gave me a gift certificate (which by the way the packaging of the gift certificate was so different and pretty). So I booked a facial for myself, and it is by far the best I have ever had anywhere!! I saw that other reviewers noted that there products were cheap, but I personally found that they have the same products as most of the dermatologists and doctors in town and sell it at much lower prices! If you are looking for a very clean spa with a relaxing atmosphere, you should consider trying this place. I don't think you will be disappointed. I am a regular client now and after having such a great experience....

All I can say is STAY AWAY and spend your money elsewhere.. BLISS SPA is the worst place that we ever been to. The operators were

LOUSY the prices were HIGH and the services SUCKED. Sorry do not

WASTE your time in the LOW END spa that is trying to PROJECT a high

end image. And by the way, they use low end ingredients in their

products and they charge a very high price for them.

BLISS WORLD should get out of the spa business and get in the

GARBAGE business, they already have the product.

All I can say is STAY AWAY and spend your money elsewhere.
