Great Atmosphere, Upscale Salon with Not-So-Up-Scale Cost!

My experience at Rain was fantastic, specifically with Carla. I have three beauticians in my family and I have been to some of the most upscale places the MD/DC/VA area has to offer. I didn't think I would get the same satisfaction in this tiny town of Monroe...but I was so wrong! She did a fantastic job with my hair and the cut is perfect. The surrounding was very pleasant...I highly enjoy a salon where the employees can talk to their customers like friends and less like some random client. That is how you know you are going to get great service...when they listen to you! Compared to places back where I am from where it costs $60 and up for just a haircut, this place is very affordable.
